MG100-TP The MG100-TP single drum climbing bottom plate shearer is ingeniously designed with an overall landing structure, ensuring it does not require high standards for transport and auxiliary equipment. This state-of-the-art machine integrates continuous coal cutting, loading, and traction, making it ideal for general mining working faces. It boasts low costs for supporting equipment and an electric motor with exceptional power and airbody strength, capable of cutting through hard coal seams even with thin layers of gangue. Remarkably, it features the thinnest fuselage among domestic shearers of the same power, and the lowest minimum thickness for coal mining in China. The machine's shipping mechanism efficiently handles coal cut from the coal wall by a screw roller, loading it seamlessly onto the working face conveyor. The operation handle and indicator instrument are user-friendly, ensuring ease of control. Equipped with a dependable hydraulic traction system, it offers high traction force, a parking brake device, and superior hydraulic components known for their performance and ease of replacement. Internal and external spray systems provide excellent dust removal, enhancing the working environment. The machine's robust, simple, and reliable structure requires minimal maintenance, making it especially suitable for small and medium-sized coal mines.
