MG100-TP The MG100-TP type single drum climbing bottom plate shearer is a marvel of engineering, featuring an overall low-profile design that minimizes the need for extensive supporting equipment. This cutting-edge machine combines continuous coal cutting, loading, and traction into one seamless package, tailored for general mining working faces. It boasts a low supporting equipment cost, a high-power electric motor, and robust body strength, making it capable of cutting through hard coal seams with thin layers of gangue. Notably, it has the thinnest fuselage among shearers of the same power class in China and the lowest minimum coal mining thickness nationwide. The shearer incorporates an efficient coal shipping mechanism: coal cut from the wall by a screw roller is seamlessly loaded onto the working face conveyor through an advanced coal loading system. The operation handle and indicator instruments are intuitively placed for ease of use. The hydraulic traction system is reliable, offering high traction force and a parking brake device, with excellent hydraulic components that are easy to replace. The machine is equipped with both internal and external spray systems for superior dust control, vastly improving the working environment. Its design is simple, robust, and easy to maintain, making it especially suitable for small and medium-sized coal mines.
