MG100-TP The MG100-TP single drum climbing bottom plate shearer features an overall landing design, reducing demands on transportation, support, and other auxiliary equipment. This machine excels in continuous coal cutting, loading, and traction-making it ideal for general mining operations. It boasts low support equipment costs, a powerful motor, and formidable airbody strength, capable of handling hard coal seams with a thin layer of gangue. Its fuselage is the thinnest among domestic shearers of similar power, achieving the lowest minimum coal mining thickness in China. The machine's shipping mechanism efficiently loads coal cut by the screw roller onto the working face conveyor. Operators will appreciate the easy-to-use handle and clearly installed indicator instruments, while the reliable hydraulic traction system delivers high force and features a parking brake. The hydraulic components offer exceptional performance and are easy to replace.
