MG100-TP The MG100-TP type single drum climbing bottom plate shearer is designed with an overall landing mechanism, requiring minimal demands on transportation, support, and auxiliary equipment. This state-of-the-art machine integrates continuous coal cutting, loading, and traction, making it perfect for general mining operations. It boasts low costs for supporting equipment and features a high-power electric motor, robust airbody strength, and the ability to cut through hard coal seams with thin layers of gangue. The fuselage thickness is the slimmest among domestic shearers of the same power, achieving the lowest minimum coal mining thickness in China. The shearer includes a sophisticated shipping mechanism, efficiently loading coal cut from the coal wall to the working face conveyor. User-friendly operation handles and indicator instruments simplify operation. The reliable hydraulic traction system offers high traction force and includes a parking brake device. The hydraulic components are of excellent performance and easy to replace. Equipped with both internal and external spray systems, the machine ensures superior dust removal, enhancing the working environment. With a simple, reliable structure, the MG100-TP is easy to maintain and particularly suited for small and medium-sized coal mines.
