MG100-TP The MG100-TP type single drum climbing bottom plate shearer is engineered for excellence. This cutting-edge machine integrates coal cutting, loading, and traction into one seamless operation, making it ideal for general mining faces. The low cost of supporting equipment enhances its economic efficiency. Featuring a high-power electric motor and robust airbody strength, it is capable of cutting through hard coal seams with thin layers of gangue. The MG100-TP boasts the thinnest fuselage among domestic shearers of its power class, and achieves the lowest minimum coal mining thickness in China. Its advanced shipping mechanism efficiently loads coal cut from the coal wall by a screw roller onto the face conveyor, ensuring excellent coal loading performance. The user-friendly operation handle and indicator instruments simplify control. The hydraulic traction system is reliable, offering high traction force and a parking brake device, while hydraulic components are high-performing and easily replaceable. With internal and external spray features, the machine provides effective dust removal, enhancing the working environment.
