MG100-TP The MG100-TP is a state-of-the-art single drum climbing bottom plate shearer designed for top-tier coal mining operations. Engineered for seamless integration, this machine demands minimal requirements from transportation, support, and other auxiliary equipment. It is a powerhouse of continuous coal cutting, loading, and traction, making it ideal for general mining faces. What sets this shearer apart is its cost-efficiency in supporting equipment, coupled with a high-power electric motor and robust airframe. It can effortlessly cut through hard coal seams interspersed with thin gangue layers. The MG100-TP boasts the thinnest fuselage among domestic shearers of similar power, allowing for the thinnest minimum coal mining thickness in China. Its sophisticated shipping mechanism employs a screw roller to cut coal from the wall, effectively loading it onto the face conveyor. With user-friendly operation handles and indicator instruments, the hydraulic traction system is as reliable as it is powerful, featuring a parking brake device and easily replaceable hydraulic components. The machine is equipped with both internal and external spray systems for optimal dust removal, significantly enhancing the working environment.
